He underwent a year-long process to obtain his Top Secret security clearance and earned an early promotion after being recognized for his leadership skills and knowledge of the tasks at hand.
He has served in supply chain leadership roles varying from procurement and inventory management to process development, supplier management, transportation management, and continuous improvement.

He earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt after extensive training from certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts and managing a project from initiation to completion that developed processes to identify opportunities to level-load the company’s $300M inbound transportation operation.
After identifying a need for small and mid-sized businesses to optimize inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, reduce costs, increase profits, and improve cash flow, Mr. Couvillon founded Titanium Consulting, LLC.
